Mini Roll Compactor GMP Model
Application:
Mini Roll compactor GMP machine is used for dry granulation of
pharmaceutical ingredients , in food as well as chemical industry
for densification and for granulation of powder.

Rolls can be supplied of various shape:1. Plain 2.Corrugated

Bottom scrapper of the roll to scrape off powder sticking on the
roll.
Enclosed drive with heavy duty gear box and motor for roll and for
feeder.
Enclosed drive with heavy duty gear box and motor for roll and
auger/ feeder.
The hopper assembly is lifted by hydraulically for easy cleaning
& dismantling.
The feed screw assembly can be hydraulically lifted by hand
operated hydraulic pump and swung aside. This facilitates easy
access and cleaning of all parts having contact with the
product
The basic model is supplied with water-jacketing at all process
sensitive areas like rolls, bowl & hopper .
Compact and portable design with single phase electricals allows
mobility for testing at sampling locations conveniently .
Mini Roll Compactor is useful for testing compactability of small
quantities of materials for formulation development or for
small-scale production of high value products. The results obtained
can be extrapolated to all production models of CPMMRC series .
Separate electrical control panel
High accuracy of dose guarantees an even product feed across the
entire roll width.
Roller surfaces of various shapes improve the product feed
behaviour and enables the maximum yield in each application
A novel roll seal system optimises the compacting process,
increases the rate of yield and reduces the necessity of separation
and recycling of fines.
Granules with a consistent hardness are produced due to constant
roll force distribution.
Drives with adjustable speed and an adjustable hydraulic pressure
ensure high process flexibility.
Enclosed compaction zone and enclosed mechanical drive area are
isolated from one another.
The process results obtained can be scaled up and down.
Validation Documents: DESIGN QUALIFICATION, OPERATIONAL
QUALIFICATION, INSPECTION QUALIFICATION can be supplied on request
at extra.
