HDPE pipes and fittings:
INTRODUCTION:
Risong HDPE pipes & fittings are made up from high material
PE**0 or PE*0 raw materials. So it has good physical and chemical
characteristics.
Risong HDPE fittings include hot melted fittings, electronic fusion
and compression fusion fittings which have good physical property
and flexibility and are convenient to install.
FEATURES:
1. Long service life. Under the rated temperature and pressure, the
service life is over *0 years.
2. Good corrosion resistance except a few strong oxidizing. It is
corrosion resistant to many chemical medium and no electric
chemical corrosion.
3. Excellent worn resistance. PE pipes worn resistance is four
times over than steel pipe then conveying mineral sand and
slurry.
4. Quite good impact-resistance. PE pipe has good flexibility and
impact resistant that it won't be broken when heavy object pressed
on it.
5. Reliable joining. The seam of joining won't be cracked due to
moving of soil or load because the strength of the heat or
elect-melted interface is stronger than the PE pipe itself.
6. Easy for installation. The pipeline has a light weight, simply
welding skill. Convenient for installation and a lower cost of the
project
