Description
A foreign supplier which applies for
extending the period of validity of the registration shall,
according to the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 7 of these
Rules(Measures
for Supervision and Administration over Inspection and Quarantine
of Imported Solid Wastes that Can be Used as Raw
Materials),
submit to the SAQSIQ an electronic application and the following
written materials:
(1)a printed registration
application which is generated from the “System for Electronic
Supervision over Inspection and Quarantine of Imported Solid Wastes
that Can be Used as Raw Materials”;
(2) the notarized taxation registration documents, and the
notarized commercial registration documents (if any);
(3) the ichnography of the permanent
business premise on which dimensions are marked, the ichnography of
the processing site (if any), and the video files or 3 or more than
3 photographs which can comprehensively embody the actual scenes of
the aforesaid premises and sites; and
(4) a copy of the original
Certificate of Registration; and
(5) the copies of the Waste-sourced
Raw Materials pre-shipment inspection certificates and/or the
imported raw materials inspection and quarantine certificates in
previous years (at least 1 copy for each year and each
type).
The SAQSIQ shall,
within *0 days as of the date upon receipt of an application for
registration extension, make the decision on whether or not to
approve the registration extension.
A foreign
supplier which fails to submit the extension application within the
time limit automatically loses its registration qualification upon
expiration of the period of validity of the Certificate of
Registration.
