1. Various safety measures (position control, measuring control and temperature control) are provided so as to avoid mechanical damage and ensure product quality.
2. Electromagnetic flow meter is adopted to control the filling volume.
3. Mirror welding technology is adopted to ensure smooth and neat welding seam and reduce product residues.
4. Equipped with small and large working platforms, suitable for packing products of different volumes.
5. The moving parts of valve and filling head adopt steam screening protection. The filing chamber adopts steam sterilization.
6. Programmable logic controller is adopted to realize automatic operation of the equipment.
