  Main Components:
It composes of one vacuum homogenizing emulsifying pot, vacuum system, electrical heating or steam heating temperature-control system, etc. Raw materials can be completely crushed,mixed,homogenized and emulsified through the emulsifying machine's heating,cooling,dissolving,homoginizing and vacuum degassing functions.It is special equipment for producing cosmetics, emulsions, medical ointment, and liquid cream. Work Theory: 
A central mixer in the emulsifying pot are going to mix the materials, and tetrafluoroethylene scrapers to scrape materials which stick on the pot wall, the materials are mde to form new interfaces continuously. Then the materials are cut, compressed, mixed and blended by vane and rotary vane and flow to homogenizer at the bottom of pot. Afterwards, materials are cut, impacted, crushed to **0nm*2um by between strong high speed cutting wheel and fixed cutting cover once again. As the emulsifying pot is vacuum, the air produced during the mixing will be pumped out immediately.
In the traditional production of high viscosity materials, especially ointment, grease and emulsion, the finished emulsion is instable or too rough because of the big diameter granules and air-in. In order to solve the problems, we designed this vacuum homogenizing emulsifying machine, including homogenizing mixer, central mixing vane and scarper, that is the excellent combination. Besides, the machine adopts vacuum pump to avoid air-in, so as to make sure the high quality finished products.   Features:
The machines are made of quality stainless steel, emulsifying process is under entirely sealed condition, which prevents pollution from dust and microbe. Emulsified products are brightness and smoothness. Materials in pot are homogenized through high-speed cutting and dual-direction mixing including clockwise frame scrapers mixing and anticlockwise paddle mixing. Frame mixer goes to make tetrafluoroethylene scrapers clung to the pot wall during rotating, so solve the problem of sticking materials on inner pot wall. Ideal frequency conversion speed-adjuster can manage any speeds needed. Equipped with unique integrated inspection window and inside illuminating lamp for observing emulsifying status.
Three-layer body structure, heating and cooling are implemented within the same layer. The outer layer is coated aluminum silicate to prevent operators from scalding and ensure safety production. The body has inlet and outlet for cooling water. Many connectors are on the pot's cover. Customers can choose the following devices: aseptic breather, material suck mouth, vacuum pump joint, cleaning ball, CIP joint, micro element inlet, integrated inspection window and vacuum gauge. All contacting-material parts are made of quality stainless steel (**6L for Pharmaceutical, inside surface treatment: mirror polishing, sanitation and clean vacuum and mixing device, that accord with GMP standard.)
