including but not limited to the flag, the built year and the
breath of the vessel, and the certificates mentioned above of the
vessel shall be sent to the buyer before the Fixture Note or
Charter Party is signed.
h- Single-deck or
twin deck vessels are acceptable by the
Buyer.

The certificate of Quality,
Quantity/Weight at the loadingare final
and binding on both parties. The fee for
inspectionat loading
portis for the seller’s
account.
The cargo will be
determined by Draft Survey Report issued by SGS Vietnam
Ltd.
The Buyer has the right to send the
representatives at the port of loading for checking the quality,
quantity/weight of the cargo.
