d- Rate of discharge:CQD.
e- Detention: In case cargo import formalities are not ready upon vessel arriving at discharging port, the buyer has to pay the detention charges: USD 3,**0 per day to the seller.
f- The seller shall charter the vessel with the Safety Management Certificate,P&I Insurance and Certificateof Insuranceor Other Financial Securityin Respectof Civil Liabilityfor Bunker Oil Pollution Damage.
g- The particulars of the vessel, including but not limited to the flag, the built year and the breath of the vessel, and the certificates mentioned above of the vessel shall be sent to the buyer before the Fixture Note or Charter Party is signed.
h- Single-deck or twin deck vessels are acceptable  by the Buyer.
Article VI: Inspection of goods
Quality and Quantity/weight for the shipment to be inspected bySGS Vietnam Ltd in Vietnam atLoadingPort. The certificate of Quality, Quantity/Weight at the loadingare final and binding on both parties. The fee for inspectionat loading portis for the seller’s account.
The cargo will be determined by Draft Survey Report issued by SGS Vietnam Ltd.
The Buyer has the right to send the representatives at the port of loading for checking the quality, quantity/weight of the cargo.
