Appearance:Light yellowish brown elastic
solid
Compared with natural rubber, proper compounding is expected to
give SBR of higher resistance to abrasion, heat, aging, ozone and
water. SBR also provides excellent uniformity and airtight
capability. SBR can mix with natural rubber with any proportion to
produce rubber.

l SBR****0(GB******8)
Staining & non-oil extended grades. SBR****0 raw rubbers have
excellent adhesivity and processability. The vulcanized rubbers
have good abrasion resistance, tensile strength, tearing strength,
and aging resistance. Not suitable for bright or transparent
articles for the reason of containing dark
antioxidant.
Applications:Widely used in products with carbon blacks as
reinforcing fillers and having low requirement on color, such as
Tire, Conveyor belt, Rubber tubes, Black shoe soles, Rubber gasket,
Rollers for paddy pounder, molded and extruded articles, and other
products using carbon black fillers.
l SBR****2(GB/T*********2)
Non-staining & non-oil extended grades. SBR****2 raw rubbers
have light color and their performance is almost equivalent to
SBR****0 with good tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and
bending (flexibility).
Applications:Widely used in rubber articles with bright and
light colors, such as Side wall tyres, Transparent rubber
overshoes, Rubber tapes, medical products.
l SBR****2
(SH/T********5)
Staining & oil-extended grade. SBR****2 has
high molecular weight and contains about *0% of highly aromatic
oil, together with excellent processability, adhesivity, and
abrasion resistance. Much lower price with respect to non-oil
extended grades. Suitable for products of deep
color.
Applications:Tires, Conveyor belt, Rubber tubes, Rubber
overshoes, and other black rubber
articles.
