Elastic White Paste-HCG**2/Elastic Clear Paste—HCG**0

This paste is widely used on General Knitted and Woven Fabrics: (Mercerized) Cotton, T/C, CVC, T/R, Polyester, Acrylic, etc. It is water-based environmental printing binder system free of formaldehyde, PVC, phthalate and heavy metals.

1. Chemical Nature: Acrylic Copolymeric Compound, Titanium Dioxide, etc.

2. Appearance: white HCG**2;  yellowish HCG**0

3. PH value: 6.**7

4. Features: Mesh-clogging Resistance, Non-tacky, High Resilient, Stretchy and Elastic, Good Washing Fastness

5. Formula:

For white: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

For medium color intensity: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

For high color intensity: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

Pigment emulsion no more than *0 %

6. Printing process: textile printing→air dry→**0℃ for 2 minutes through dryer for fast cure.

7. Packing: *0kgs/HDPE barrel for HCG**2; *0kgs/HDPE barrel for HCG**0

8. Attention: cross linker to be used for better performance: 1.5%*3%. Once it is added, the paste must be all used within 6 hours or be discarded. 

Nylon Elastic White Paste-HCG**2/Nylon Elastic Clear Paste-HCG**0

This paste is widely used on Nylon Fabrics, Taffeta, Lycra Fabrics, Fine Stretch Fabrics, Rubber-thread Covered Fabrics, High End Fabrics, etc. It is water-based environmental printing binder system free of formaldehyde, PVC, phthalate and heavy metals.

Chemical Nature: Polyurethane Compound, Titanium Dioxide, etc.

Appearance: white HCG**2;  milky HCG**0

PH value: 6.**7

Features: Highly Resilient, Excellent Washing Fastness, Non-tacky, Soft Hand, Scratch Resistance, Excellent Tenacity

Formula:

For white: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

For medium color intensity: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

For high color intensity: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

Pigment emulsion no more than *0 %. Pigment emulsion of anti-migration and heat resistance is much preferred to work with. 

Printing process: textile printing→air dry→**0℃***0℃ for 3 minutes through dryer→2 hours washing fastness at *0℃ for twice or more after full cure.

Packing: *0kgs/HDPE barrel for HCG**2; *0kgs/HDPE barrel for HCG**0

Attention:  special catalyst to be used for better performance: 1.5%*3%. Once it is added, the paste must be all used within 6 hours or be discarded. 

Denim White Paste—HCG**2/Denim Clear Paste—HCG**0

This paste is used mainly on Mainly Denim Fabrics and High Quality Garments etc. It is water-based environmental printing binder system free of formaldehyde, PVC, phthalate and heavy metals.

Chemical Nature: Specialty Resin Compound, Titanium Dioxide, etc.

Appearance: white HCG**2;  milky HCG**0

PH value: **8 

Features: Excellent Resistance to Rub and Wash Using Soap and Detergents, Excellent Resistance to Snow Wash, Stone Wash, Acid Wash, Bleaching Wash, Enzyme Wash

Formula:

For white: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

For medium color intensity: HCG***2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

For high color intensity: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

Pigment emulsion no more than *0 %. 

Printing process: textile printing→air dry→****4 hours for full cure→2 hours of washing fastness at *0℃ for 5 times or more after full cure.

Packing: *5kgs/PP barrel for HCG**2; *0kgs/PP barrel for HCG**0

Attention:  

3%*5% special catalyst to be used for better performance. Once it is added, the paste must be all used within 8 hours or be discarded. 

Base printing is recommended as filler to corse weave denim.

White Cracking Paste-HCG**2/Clear Cracking Paste-HCG**0

This paste is mainly used to produce pattern cracking effect on general fabrics. It is water-based environmental printing binder system free of formaldehyde, PVC, phthalate and heavy metals.

Chemical Nature: Specialty Resin Compound, Titanium Dioxide, etc.

Appearance: white HCG**2;  milky HCG**0

PH value: 6.**7

Features: Non-tacky, Soft Hand, cracking evenly and vividly.

Formula:

For white: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

For medium color intensity: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

For high color intensity: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

Pigment emulsion no more than *0 %. 

Printing process: Base printing for 2 runs→cracking paste printing for 3 runs→air dry or through dryer→cracking pattern produced→**0℃***0℃ for 2 minutes through dryer or **0℃***0℃ heat pressing for ****5 seconds→2 hours washing fastness at *0℃ for 3 times or more.

Packing: *0kgs/HDPE barrel for HCG**2; *0kgs/HDPE barrel for HCG**0

Attention: 1.5%*3% special catalyst is recommended for better adhesion. Sharpness of cracking depends on paste deposit printed.

Cubic-effect White Paste*-HCG**2/ Cubic-effect Clear Paste-HCG**0

This paste is mainly used to produce cubic-effect visually and physically on general fabrics like cotton, T/C and blends. It is water-based environmental printing binder system free of formaldehyde, PVC, phthalate and heavy metals.

Chemical Nature: Acrylic Compound, Titanium Dioxide, etc.

Appearance: white HCG**2;  yellowish HCG**0

PH value: 6.**7

Features: Heavy Cubic Hand Feeling, Excellent Rub&Scratch Properties.

Formula:

For white: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

For medium color intensity: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

For high color intensity: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

Pigment emulsion no more than *0 %. 

Printing process: textile printing→air dry for ****4 hous→**0℃ for 2 minutes through dryer→2 hours washing fastness at *0℃ for 3 times or more after being fully dry.

Packing: *0kgs/HDPE barrel for HCG**2; *0kgs/HDPE barrel for HCG**0

Attention: 1.5%*3% special catalyst to be used for better performance. Using thick and deep screen stencil is a must for cubic-effect printing.

Ultrathin White Paste—HCG**2/ Ultrathin Clear Paste-HCG**0

This paste is mainly used to produce a super thin and soft hand feel of the print on general fabrics like cotton, T/C and blends. It creates a print similar to those produced by discharge paste. It is environmental printing binder system free of formaldehyde, PVC, phthalate and heavy metals.

Chemical Nature: Acrylic Copolymeric Compound, etc.

Appearance: white HCG**2;  milky HCG**0

PH value: 5.**7.5

Features: super soft hand touch, easier handling, good hiding power, excellent washing fastness. 

Formula:

For white: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

For medium color intensity: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

For high color intensity: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%

Pigment emulsion no more than *0 %.  

Printing process: textile printing→air dry for ****4 hous→2.5 hours washing fastness at *0℃ after being fully dry.

Packing: *5kgs/HDPE barrel for HCG**2; *0kgs/HDPE barrel for HCG**0.

Attention: 1.5%*3% special catalyst to be used for better washing fastness.
