3. Raymond mill working process
If the materials are crushed to the required size, the
materials will be sent to hoist storage hopper, and then will feed
into the
host mill room uniformly continuously through feeder . Due to
the centrifugal force generated by the rotation, the roller
swings
outward, pressed on the grinding ring, and shovel blade
materials to the place between the roller and grinding ring. Owing
to the
rolling of mill roll,the purpose of smashing are achieved. The
powder material after grinding will be brought into the
analysis
machine with the circulating air of blower for sorting.While
the material whose fine is coarse regrinds, qualified powder gets
into
the finished product cyclone powder collector with the air and
through a powder discharge pipe, the process is finished. In
the
grinding room,because of the water in the gringing material,
grinding heat, moisture evaporation, and as the whole of the
pipe
joints are not tight, the outside air is inhaled so that the
cycle pressure is increased to ensure the mill to work in a
vacuum
state. The increased gas flow through the wind pipe into the
dust collector , discharges into the atmosphere after
purification.
