WHY ARE THERE TWO CNG KITS FOR *-CYLINDER ENGINES?

It is necessary because *-cylinder engines are available in various liter sizes and also various horsepower ranges. As the horsepower and the engine liter size increases, the engine needs more fuel in order to provide smooth acceleration with no lag time.

This is especially true in the turbo-charged engines.

If you are unsure of the engine liter size and/or horsepower, you can find it on GOOGLE.COM if you have your year, make and model. Also, with the VIN number, you can contact a dealership and they can advise you which engine is in the vehicle.

Using the descriptions below, determine which conversion kit is best for your vehicle.

FACT:Both cng conversion kits will work over *5% of all *-cylinder gasoline vehicles.For the best performance, however, we recommend the following:

• The 6 + 1 CNG Kit is designed for enginesunder 3.0 Liter and under **0 Horsepower
• The 6 + 2 CNG Kitis designed for enginesover 3.0 Literand/orover **0 horse-power (may be known as a "super-charged" engine)
  
  

ALL PARTS needed to install the CNG KIT are included:

ECU, Fuel Injectors, wiring harness, MAP sensor, switch, water temperature and gas temperature switches, high-pressure reducer/regulator, filling valve, pressure gauge, cng filter, hoses and hardware.

NO LOOSE or BARE WIRES TO HOOK UP. Our kits feature a plug-in style connection fitting which pushes onto the ECU. The injector wires typically have the clips on them, avoiding bare wires here, too. (Occassionally, the injector clips are not compatible, and the clip must be removed, and the wire connected directly to the gasoline injector.(see picture inset on this page)

WINDOWS BASED SOFTWAREis provided with the kit for final set ups.The software contains instructions and photos to aid in the installation, along with the interface cable to allow connectivity between the computer and the engine to do the final adjustments, and the ability to save the settings.

Additional diagrams and a basic installation guide is available in addition to the enclosed software.

• ?We warranty the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) for *4 monthsagainst manufacturer defect of failure. (Warranty is void if parts were improperly installed or abuse occurred.)

• We warranty the injector rails for *0,**0 miles (or *2 months, whichever comes first) against manufacturer defect or failure. (Warranty is void if parts were improperly installed or abuse occurred.)
