system, operated in graphical interfaces, which can realize random
signal analysis, failure diagnosis and the parameters setting,
guarantee the best running of machine.
2. Material storing & distributing unit: Adopt close type belt
conveyer, which controls the amount of material of hopper strictly,
make sure the material used at the instant when being conveyed,
prevent the concrete from fluidify in advance owing to the
influence of aftershocks, guarantee products shaping smoothly and
product quality.
3. Advanced material-feeding technology: Compulsive, rapidly and
smoothly material-feeding.
4. Unique and effective mode of vibration: Equipped with frequency
converter to control and adjust the speed of electric motor, to
meet and guarantee the demand of various vibration frequency and
swing for material-feeding and vibration molding accordingly,
improve the quality of products and shorten the molding cycle.
5. Reasonable vibration distribution: Mold box is locked into
vibration table which with good rigidity, vibration table and mould
vibrate synchronistically and make the amplitude distributed
evenly, as a result the intensity deviation of products made from
one mould will be smaller.
