Fishing Agent or Representative

I am looking for Tuna Fishing Companies (Longliners and Purseiners) willing to have access fishing in Kiribati eez who want to establish local agency/representative in the country.  Kiribati has the largest ocean in the world and abundant marine resources including Tuna. Many big countries from developed and developing countries have for many years access to fishing in Kiribati eez. Fishing Licences paid by these companies provide major income to our government, therefore selling of licences had been very important and very selective or competitive. The local agent/representative can bargain with government reps on companies behalf to obtain cheaper and fairer licence rate. I have worked with Ministry of Fisheries for some time and gained some work and social experience. The offer targeted more those companies that are not yet have fishing access in Kiribati (new comer companies). I am most ready to elaborate further to those interested
