After much research, I came to the conclusion that the only way to eat mayonnaise that is both delicious and safe, is (of course) to make it yourself.
It really is only natural if you think about it
As such, I started to carefully select which ingredients to use, while paying close attention to the taste as well as the health of our customers in creating a natural and preservative free mayonnaise. Keeping these concepts in mind, I began this endeavour.
