i.              Application of Vibration Screen:

It is used to screen any powder or particle material in metallurgy, chemical, abrasive, glass, ceramics, construction, light, food industry, etc.

1) Chemical industry: resin pigment, medicine, grease, paint, palette, etc.

2) Abrasive material and ceramic industry:building sand, mica, alumina, abrasive, refractory material, slurry, etc.

3) Food industry: sugar, salt, alkali, gourmet powder, starch, milk powder, yeast powder, pollen, food additive, bean milk, juice, etc.

4) Paper-making industry: coated slurry, exhaust liquid, paper making liquid and waste water reclamation, etc.

5) Metallurgy and mining industry: quartz sand, ore, titanium oxide, zinc oxide, etc.

6) Mechanical industry: casting sand, powder metallurgy, electromagnetic material and metal powder, etc.

ii.             Principle of the structure:

XZS series vibrating sieve uses upright motor as the source of vibration, equipped eccentricity hammer on the both sides of motor, changed circumrotate to level, upright and incline movement, then pass these three movements to the surface of the screen. Adjust the phase angle on the both sides of the top and bottom changing the movement orbits in the surface screen.

 iii.              Advantages of Vibration Screen: :

1) High efficiency, refined design, duration, any powders and mucilage are suitable for using.
2) Easily replace the screen, simple operation and convenience washing.
3) Never jam the mesh with no powder flying and filter size of the powder between 0.**5mm and 0.**8mm.
4) Discharge the impurity and coarse materials automobile and operates continuously.
5) Small volume, move easily.
6) The highest layers of the screen are about 5 layers. But 3 layers are suggested.
