our Frp rebar machine is for frp rebar manufacturing,
1.fiberglass yarn shelf
There is two sets fiberglass yarn shelves to match each frp rebar production line.It is with *4 pieces bamboo polywood,which installed with sheep eye socket for guiding the yarn to avoid yarn crossing.Each shelf could put **0 or **0 rolls yarns.
How many yarns will use in FRP rebar production?
Φ*8 rebar uses ***0te**0 yarns
Φ*0 rebar uses ***0te**6 yarns
Φ*2 rebar uses ***0te**6 yarns
If the rebar contains more yarns,it has less glues,otherwise reversely.we must keep the yarn usage at one certain data to ensure the same diameter of rebar production.
2.Dipping Glue part
At first,the yarn from the shelf enters into the yarn distribution plate.The plate has four groups hole,each hole will take one rebar usage yarn.
Secondly,The yarn through the plate will directly come into the glue trough,and then go into the first blade glue plate.
Thirdly,From the first blade glue plate ,the yarn will enter into the second one.
Fourthly,The yarn will enter into the winding mold in sequence,around the mold there is 9 holes which will take 9 pieces yarns into ,and then the other yarns will come into the middle hole of the mold.
Fifthly,Use adhesive tape to wind the passed yarns,and then into oven box.straining the box cover and then enter into the traction head.
Sixth,winding machine wire wheel will rotate when the rebar proceeds,and then it will form same thread ,the depth of the thread will achieve by the twistering wire tensile force.wire tensile force will rely on pressed wire part,the pressed wire wheel nut dextrorotation force up,levorotation down,you could get what depth you want of the thread.It will require the same wire quantity,when changed,the four wire will change at the same time.it will reduce machine stop time,
At last,Pour the mixed glue into glue trough,everything will be ready for preparation.
3.Drying Part
Drying box is made of oven part and drying shelf part.The yarn through the dipping glue trough will go directly into the oven box,each one entry is installed with blade glue device,it will recycle the first two oven box extruded glue to the glue trough for use.the other blade device will ensure the rebar surface smooth.
There are three heating pipes in each oven box,each power is 1kW,part 4 area heating pipe set **0 degrees and the behind oven box set **0 degrees.
The rebar speed in box is 0.5~0.*5meter/min.the speed is related to the compounds,temperature and rebar diameter.
The heating pipe connection method is **0V triangle connection way.
Thermocouple probe inserts into oven box hole,straining the box.
Turn on the switch,and let it heat,when the temp reached set data,production will begin.
4.Traction head
The head of the machine will pull the rebar same speed proceeding.There is compacting four bolts,to adjust the bolt will change the clamping force,we will select the rebar not slipping as good choice to protect the rebar surface.
Everyday put engine oil into the chain link and wheel and gear wheel to ensure good lubrication.for the reducer every three month use *5# engine oil to change.
Traction speed will rely on the controller,the suitable speed is 0.5~0.*5m/min.
the caterpillar tightness could adjust,the suitable chord height is *0mm.
5.Auto cutting machine
The rebar compaction will achieve by the dia**0*L**0 cylinder.To ensure the cutting will select 0.5~0.8Mpa air pressure.
The rebar cut will reach by the dia*0*L**0 cylinder and the cutting saw.
