MACHINING
With over *0,**0 square feet of manufacturing facilities, YungLi
Machine offers a wide range of machining and welding services.
This, combined with our engineering, assembly and logistics
resources makes us the ideal full-service outsource production
partner.
Our precision engineering department offers milled parts, turned
parts, CNC engineering, surface grinding, wire erosion, and EDM
spark erosion. We can provide original certificates for all of our
materials including carbon steels, stainless steel, brass, copper,
tool steel, titanium, aluminum.
We’re fully equipped with automated loading/machining Systems,
state-of-the-art CNC Milling / Turning Centers, and Precision
Grinding systems.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Since starting this business in ***6, we have shipped hundreds of
thousands of machined parts to a wide variety of customers with
very high acceptance rate. We have achieved this by:
- Extensive planning and thorough documentation prepared in
