Throughing idler: Used to conveying loose materials at carrying section.
Flat idler: Flat carrying idlers are used to conveying bulk materials; Flat return idlers are used to support belt at return section.
Aligning idler: Used to adjust belt running, prevent deviation. Front trough idler can make self aligning during operation as well.

Impact Idler: The installation position is under the material filling section. It can minimize the impact force on the belt, and prolong belt useful life.
Return idler: Used to support belt at return section. Three types are available: Flat return idler, V-shape return idler, and revert V-shape return idler. Both V-shape and revert V-shape return idler can effectively prevent belt deviation.
Stable operation, small runout, lightly shake, low noise, reliable quality are their characteristics.

Idler rotated smoothly, the friction force is slight. Energy saving is also a main characteristic. Idler rotate friction factor (f/) varies with different idler diameters and shaft apertures. (f/) always under 0.*1. Considering of other conditions during operation, the dynamic force is calculated with friction factor (f/).
Excellent materials, permanent lubrication and long useful life. All materials used in idler production are with good quality. Bearings and seal rings are life seal by inner-lubricated. Lubrication grease should not be added in usage.
Multi-channel labyrinth seal is adopted to prevent dust and water. Various types of bearing pedestal and sealing structure are available for uses'selection.
