blood/serum/plasma sample. A qualitative result is available

Troponin I is highly cardiac specific.

and a reagent strip which is composed of sample pad, colloid gold
pad (coated with gold-labelled anti-humancTnI

antibody), chromatography film (cTnI
test line is

antibody, and the control line is coated with rabbit anti-mouse IgG
antibody), absorbent paper and liner.

diagnosis of myocardial injury such as Acute Myocardial Infarction,
