XINLI EPX Fusion Bonded Powder Coating for Valves and Fittings
This product is suitable for the application to enhanced anti-corrosion of valves and fittings. Epoxy powder coated layer provide a long term protection to the surface covered by more than **0µm thickness of valves and fittings, detected by 3KV electric sparkle, no holidays found. The coating method can be both fluidized bed process and electrostatic spray process, all of them can be realized automated production, an even and continuous surfaces can be achieved both at the interior and exterior of the valves and fittings.
Epoxy powder coating has a very good durability, coated layer adhering to the metal surface which has been shot blasted into good anchor pattern depth, it has very high impact resistant strength and exellent electric insulation. Epoxy resin technology lets metalworks heated to **0℃ to finish production under low energy consumption, automated production.
