This ultrasonic machine is used to cut fabric without deckle edge, so improve product quality, has the features of automatic feed and rewind fabric, Germany ultrasonic technology, automatic monitoring fabric width, installed linear guide and infrared protection unit.

Features:

1, the machine has the functions of automatic monitoring fabric width, automatic reset. The cutting blade round trip is 3.2m, if the fabric width is less than 3.2M, the cutting blade will automatically reset to the left original position after cutting to the fabric edge, instead of the whole journey 3.2M to save time. 

 2, the machine feed and rewind fabric automatically. You only need to set the desired feed length in the screen on control box; the machine will automatically stop send fabric when reach the length that you set, for example,  If you want to feed 1m, only need to set 1m on the screen, the machine will automatically feed 1m and then stop.  Because of the transmission Inertia, automatic feeding precision is 1.5cm. 

 3, the machine installed infrared protection unit to protect the safety of the operator, cutting blade can’t work when your hand under the press bar. 

 4,Linear cutting system for perfect straight and fast cuts.

 5, There is a wireless receiver inside the control box, so you can use the remote controller to command machine movements. 

 6, ultrasonic system adopted German ultrasonic technology with better performance.
