Standard Conditions for the Sportswear:

- Models divided into S (Small), M (Medium), L (Large) and XL (Extra Large). Consult measurement chart.

- Models are subject to availability and can be changed by another of the same line according to stock availability.

- Minimum order: **0 pieces (you can choose assorted models, colors and sizes).

- Minimum order with your brand (private label): **0 pieces (you can choose assorted models, colors and sizes).

For private label, you must send the labels to me in advance or send the art in the requested format for quotation with the factory to produce the labels (subject to charge).

- Minimum order with your company's logo on the clothes: ***0 pieces (**0 pieces per model).

Too add your company's logo on the clothes, you must send the the art in the requested format for quotation with the factory (additional cost per piece).

- Manufacturing time: It takes about *0 days to manufacture the products. Production begins after order confirmation and payment receipt.

- Delivery time: All orders are subject to approval by the factory and confirmation. Delivery time depends on the order volume and transportation of choice (by air or sea).

General Conditions:

- Freight Options: We usually offer FOB/FCA Sweden, but we can offer you CFR/CIF/CPT/CIP (INCOTERMS ***1), according to agreement, shipped directly from Brazil. This way we skip unnecessary additional costs and taxes to the products.

We use DHL as the standard freight forwarder and the shipping expenses are added in the invoice.

- Payment Terms: Bank-to-bank wire transfer through the Central Bank or authorized banks. Advance Payment.

- We do not sell on consignment.

- The importer (final destination) is responsible for the payment of licensing fees, tariffs and taxes of the products upon arrival, as well as the issuance of documents, in order to regularize the products with the relevant Ministry of that country. 

- Any special export instructions concerning domestic regulations must be informed at the time of the order. Consular invoices, inspections and other similar certificates must be required in advance and are subject to charge.
