plunger type paint
spraying machine：it is suitable to spray water
based coatings, comparatively durable, not suitable for big area
and long time spraying work. Air can not be sucked in during
working becomes the main shortcoming, otherwise it is easy to
damage the seal ring caused by overheating, maintenance cost
comparatively high, especially most of them are equipped with brush
DA motor which is short life, and switch type voltage stabilizer
which not belong to pressure inducted automated device, working
pressure is not stable to cause uneven spray. Maintenance cost is
higher.
Plunger &
diaphragm combined paint spraying machine：it is suitable to spray oil based
and water based coatings, outstanding functionality, and suitable
for big area spray, less quick-wear parts and low usage cost,
maintenance simple, especially motor maintenance simple, brushless
AC motor long life. Automatic high pressure overflow device by use
of mechanic type pressure design makes pressure extremely stable.
It is know as the king of cost performance ratio. As though
manufacturing cost higher, using cost is low, self-weight big,
sucking special viscosity coatings capability is not as good as
plunger type spray machine, however some models have been
renovated, for example JDL6.
