pregelatinized rice flour where the starch has been fully cooked and sheared.    We can adjust the cooking percentage depending on the applications.Water absorption is about 6 to 1.

It has variety of applications in bakery and pet food industries.

It can be also called as Extruded Rice Flour .

The Pregel Flour can be processed using different rice varities like longgrain rice, parboiled rice, medium grain rice, and Short rice .  The diffe rent varieties of rice differ greatly in their composition of starch (amylose/amylopectin).
