into sized flat steels, which are used as raw stocks for steel bar
gratings.

equipment essentially includes following parts:

shears set: It includes main machine and driving system. The
main machine is composed of basement, stationary frame, mobile
frame, hydraulic regulation mechanism, 2 pieces of slitting shears
shafts and shaft moving up & down mechanism, etc. The driving
system includes *5KW AC variable motor, gear reducer
box, coupling, clutch, cardan, and power basement,
etc.
5. Edge
trimmer: It is inclusive of 4KW motor, gear reducer, frame,
edge-trimming shaft, edge-trimming disk, friction mechanism, chain
transmission mechanism, etc.

7. Clamping-feeding-flattening
unit: It includes main machine and driving system. The main
machine is composed of basement, frame, upper & lower
pedestals, lateral beam, *3 pieces of flattening rollers, upper
