Description

 PLA fiber (Polyacid fiber) is made from plants which is **0% annually renewable resources, like as corn, sugar beet and so on, not oil. PLA fiber is a degradable fiber when it be landfilled in ground, with no toxic gas release when burn. So, PLA is a continuable andrenewable eco-fiber.
HDPE-Bico fiber has bicomponent configuration provides a sheath of HDPE wrapped around a core of a second polymer, like as PP or PET.
That the sheath has low melting for binding fibers together and the core with high tenacity for good strength to fabric when it applied in thermo-heating nonwovens
The HDPE-Bico fiber has very widely applications, like as hygiene nonwovens, diaper, sanitary towel, filtration and Battery Separator.
