Our company is one of the most powerful national manufacturers in producing tube mills. After exploration and summary in the design, manufacture and use for a long time, we have obtained series products with different specifications and different functional requirements to do better ultra-fine grinding of slag, cement and other materials.
Our company has designed a new single-drive and double slide-shoe tube mill with bearing support structure. It is easy to replace and easy to maintain with good lubrication and light weight. Type Y update sealing between slide-shoe housing and slide ring (of simple structure) provides better sealing performance. The mill gate of the cylinder is used outside with excellent structure. New type mill door enables the use of lining plate at same specification by internal cylinder. The tube mill is specially equipped with manhole lining plate in the traditional way, using only new classification lining plate and standard step lining plate. The tube mill can increase the grinding surface with better classified efficiency. New diaphragm structure is used for adjustable lifting plate and fixed lifting plate, being easy to install and maintain. The structure is equipped with one material spoon to increase feeding capability effectively.
New single-drive and double slide-shoe bearing tube mill has obtained national patents and won National Award of “China National Materials Cup” for technological innovation in building materials in ***9.
