**9 Stone-slice Bond Epoxy (SK***9)
Feature
The product is modified epoxy glue with features of strong adhesive strength,
low stress, low contractibility, no bubble, quick set, proper viscosity and easy
operate, resistant of grind, aging, cold-hot exchange.
Scope of Application
Widely used to combine and bond of the marble-marble, marble-granite, marble-pottery, and stone-concrete.

Using Method
1.Polish the stone plate to a certain thick and flat. Remove dirt, sand,
oil and keep clear, dry.
2.Mix the glue of part A and B at rate of 2:1 evenly. Spread the glue to basic
plate and scrape. Press the plate to combine and exclude out the air
between the plates. Make sure the glue fill adequately the stone plates
and make proper glue liquid overflowed when pressed.
3.
Put the stone in order and wait for solidify of glue. Use clamp or jack to
press the surface.
4.
Reduce pressure after **3 hours for solidifying at normal temperature.
*4 hours later, can go on
next procedure. In cold winter, heat the plate
at ****0Centigrade for **3 hours, go on work after natural cooling
to room temperature.
5.
The reference glue quantity is ******0g/m2. Could spread glue on one side or two sides.
6.
Add different color paste and paint to make the glue the same color
as the stone. The qty of color paste is **2% of glue; paint is ****0%
of glue.
Warning
1.
Keep the stone flat and clear to improve the glue strength and reduce
the glue using qty. Control the pressure at *****0kgf/m2 and stress the plate equably.
2.
Glue adjusting rate should be right and mixing should be thoroughly.
3.To promise the strength of compound, there should be glue overflowed
when pressing.
4.
Do not move the stone plate during solidifying.
5.Operating temperature should be over 5Centigrade. In winter, heat
the plate.
6.The glue should be adjusted on the spot. And use up the glue within
usable time. Glue qty should be increased and usable time is reduced
if the temperature is raised. Should spread the glue quickly if the qty is
large at one time.
7.Do not mix using of the implement for 2 parts. And do not place back
the balance mixed glue into the packing barrel.
8.Add 3% ethanol absolute or acetone to dilute the glue if the viscosity is
too large. Also could heat the glue in the hot water of ****0Centigrade
to lower the viscosity.
9.
Please make protection since the product is allergic to skin.
*0.Do not mix cap of the part A and B. Tighten the caps after usage.
Do not swallow.
*1.Make a trial usage in advance to avoid mistake due to the different
physical, chemical property of the stone.
Storage and Packing
1.With one year life time in cool, ventilated and dry condition. Can go on use
if test valid after the validity period.
2.
None, inflammable, non-poisonous after solidify and can transported.
3.Packing size: 3kg/set (*8kg/ctn) in plastic bottle, *0kg/set or **0kgs/set
in plastic barrel.
