Sell douglas fir or SPF logs

Description

We offer the following products under the terms and conditions hereunder.

 

1. COMMODITY: Douglas-Fir, (pseudotsuga menziesii) fresh cut, round logs of USA origin without bark. Or SPF logs

 

2. QUANTITY:5,5*0 MBF Full Shipment (Scribner long log scale) plus/minus ten percent (*0%).

 

3. SPECIFICATIONS:Grade no. 2 and better, *2 inch plus, *0% minimum., 6 to *0 inch,

*0% (we will limit the 6 inch log to *5% max)

 

Length: 26 to *0 feet, *6, *8, & *0 feet, min60%

 

*0 to 24 feet, *5% miss sort allowed.

 

4. MEASUREMENT: Scribner Long log scale board feet. Scaling will be done by “Certified” independent third party as is the custom in the U.S.

 

5. PRICE: USD $1.**0.*0per MBF, CFR China Port.

 

6. PAYMENT: By an acceptable irrevocable Letter of Credit payable at sight and opened in favor of; FSL limited

 

7. ADVISING BANK: U.S.Bank National Association

 

8. SHIPMENT: Within *0 days or sooner from receipt of good and acceptable Letter of Credit.

 

9. LOADING PORT: U.S. West Coast Main Port(s).

 

*0. DESTINATION: Any safe China main port(s)

 

*1. FUMIGATION: Seller retains the option to fumigate should the de-barking of the logs be un-available. Should this option happen, it will be done at no cost to Buyer.

 

*2. REMARKS:

A.  Amount of Letter of Credit to coincide with the above, quantity and value, plus/minus ten percent (*0%). B.   Reimbursement to the Negotiating bank to be from a U.S. Bank. C.   T/T by reimbursement acceptable. D.  Letter of credit may need to be Transferrable, to be determined later. E.   Partial shipment allowed. F.   Transhipment prohibited. G.  Charter Party Bills of Lading acceptable. H.   The Letter of Credit will be payable at sight at the negotiating banks counters. The following documents will be required for payment. a.    Signed Commercial Invoice, 1 original & 2 copies. b.    Full set of Charter Party Bills of Lading, marked Freight Prepaid”, “Notify Applicant” & “Blank Endorsed”. Buyer option to change the terms of the B/L. c.    Packing list, 1 original & 2 copies. d.    Phytosanitary certificate. e.     Certificate of Origin, 1 original & 2 copies.
