Vertical Ton Bag Granule Packing Machine
The
packing machine is designed for large sack packing according to the
powder products and granule materials such as metalloid mineral
powder and chemical raw materials, etc.
It
mainly consists of automatic feeding and driving system, electrical
control system, automatic measuring and weighing system, pneumatic
control system, sack holding and supporting system, and dust
collector.
During
the filling, except hanging and covering the sack manually, after
sending the signal, the packing machine will automatically carry
out the procedures such as clamping the sack, lifting, measuring,
stop once a fill-up is achieved to the required amount and then
releasing the sack. A working cycle is thus completed.
It adopts the discharging valve for feeding, driven by the
frequency-control motor with perfect dustproof structure,
regulating and controlling the feeding speed by the frequency
inverter of international top brand to achieve the stepless
adjustment and control. The working process of the packing machine
is controlled by PLC programs, which may be fitted with the
advanced touch screen human-machine interface to realize the touch
control to the working process and the human-machine dialogue for
technical supports required during the the packing machine’s entire
working process and maintenance. The packing machine is designed
based on the environment-protection conception, with the dust
collector fixed nearby the place where the sack is clamped and
filled, to avoid the dust outspreading during filling and packing,
and ensure a good working environment. It can be used together with
the vibrating platform and roller-way (scraper chain) conveying
machinery to combine an automatic packing and conveying production
line.
