  Overview

Thin oil station is the heart of thin oil circulatory system. It’s used to send lubricating oil to machine frication parts forcibly. Oil film will be formed between in relative motion machine parts, to reduce parts’ frication,abrasion, and wash the frication parts, take away the heat produced by frication, to ensure normal work of machine and extend the life of machine.

Thin oil station is formed by oil station,instrument panel and electric control box three parts.

It’s mainly used for mechanical equipment of metallurgy,mine,metal forming,electric power,chemical industry,light industry,cement,port and so on in thin oil circulatory system, and usually be installed in underground oil tanks or pit near the machine.

Employ medium is industrial lubricants of viscosity grade is N*2~N**0, nominal pressure is 0.4MPa, filtration accuracy is 0.*8~0.*2mm; cooling water temperature≤*8°C; cooling water pressure is 0.2~0.3MPa; cooler oil inlet temperature is *0°C, temperature drop:7~8°C; Steam pressure when using steam heating:0.2~0.4MPa.


 

Working principle

At working, oil sucked from tank by gear is sent to equipment points directly through check valve,binocular net type oil filter,tube type oil cooler. The highest oil supply pressure of station is 0.4MPa, the lowest is 0.1MPa.according to lubricating points’ requires, working pressure is fixed by adjusting safety valve. When the working pressure of oil station surpasses the setting pressure of safety valve, safety valve will open automatically; extra oil will flow back into tank. At normal working, the one oil pump is in working, the other is standby. Oil consumption of equipment need to increase for certain reason sometimes, system’s pressure will fall. When pressure fall to adjustment value, adjust through pressure controller, standby pump open automatically and work with working pump. Standby pump will stop working until pressure is in normal. If oil pressure continues to fall to another adjustment value, adjust through the other pressure controller, then sends accident alert.

A group of filter cartridges of binocular net type oil filter is working; the other group is standby. There is the double needles and double tubes pressure gauge in the inlet and exit, when differential pressure exceeds 0.*5MPa(≥**0L/min, thin oil station is 0.*5~0.1MPa), standby filter cartridge begin to work by manual switch, remove the original, clean or replace filter.

Tank is equipped with electric contact thermometer; according to the oil supply temperature’s requires to set the highest and the lowest boundaries. At low temperature, signal light is bright, open the heater by manual to heat; at the highest temperature, cut of the heater automatically to stop heating. When oil supply temperature is high, it’ll alarm and open the cooler.

Thin oil station which nominal flow is no less than **0L/min, use steam to heat lubricating oil in tank, dashboard has one more instrumentation which is used to detect differential pressure of cooler’s inlet and outlet pipes, the main components are all installed in the other basis ; yet which no more than **5L/min, the all components are housed in tank, it’s overall type structure.

It can improve filtering and passing capability if filter is placed before cooler; and it is more suitable for high viscosity of lubricating medium Using binocular-type filter, it can clean and replace filter cartridge without stopping Using tube type cooler, cooling effect, little obstacle, easy to repair The return oil is filtered by magnetic mesh, it can absorb and clear iron particles in oil, to ensure oil cleanliness and increase lubricating parts life equipped with dashboard and instrumentation, easy to observe operating parameters, and can achieve to automatic control and accident alarm
