Description
The plucking beater dropping intermittently makes reciprocating
motion with the revolving tower and carriage and plucked bales in
proper sequence.The plucked tufts are sucked into the next machine
by air current through a transport duct for further treatment.
Main Features
The unique design for plucking bedter makes the
plucked tufts even more uniform and smaller in size.
With an intellectualized reciprocating bale plucker, the raw cotton
of 1~4 different sorts can be fine plucked separately.
It is controlled by the sanicy tension and is driven by the
gentleness shaft. Subject machines are widely adopted in Chinese
and abroad markets for replacing old round auto bale plucker and
for increasing output and yarn quality.
