Full Automatic Tube Cutting Machine

LD-QG series full automatic tube cutting machine is made by our own R&D team on the basis of international advanced technology. It can be controlled by microcomputer programming, automatically close down and alarm in case of abnormal, fully hydraulic drive and works stably. The moulds can be easily changed; it is convenient for flexible production. The main cavity and stator steel ring are processed by precision grinder, fit closely with little noise, huge inertia, labor-saving and energy-saving. This equipment are designed special for the process of the seamless steel tube, and ratio-frequency welded tube, stainless steel tube, copper tube and other nonferrous metal tubes, the dap of products are burr free, and with slight error. It has more advantages like chipping efficiently and free from secondary processing.
