Description

SKHZYE-DPE*1 is a specially formulated enzyme complex that selectively modifies cellulosic fibers to aid in the separation of ink and other debris from waste office paper and other types of waste paper products in many paper recycling processes.  SKHZYE-DPE*1 will perform well in broad range of pH value and temperature  and proper pre-treatment of the waste with this highly dependable product makes it possible to minimize the need for many pulping chemicals and subsequently less costly waste water treatment.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Appearance:Tan to light yellow powder (Note that color does not affect or reflect enzymatic activity.)
Odor: Slight fermentation odor
Solubility:Miscible with water
pH Value: (1% solution) 4.5 ±1.0. It will function from a pH value of 4.5 to 8.5 with optimum of 6.5 to 7.5.
Temperature: SKHZYE-DPE*1 will function at *5°C to *0°C with an optimum of *0°C to *0°C. Higher operating temperature results in higher enzymatic activity providing lower enzyme dosage.

APPLICATION & DOSAGE:
SKHZYE-DPE*1 is added at a dosage between *0g to *0g per metric ton of dry pulp. Test have shown best results with *0 g per ton in optimum conditions. Contact us for further assistance in determining optimal dosage. The enzyme treatment is best at the digester (wastepaper repulper).

SKHZYE-DPE*1 can be deactivated by raising the pH above *1.0 or temperature above *1°C or **0°F or a combination of the two. Oxidizers such as peroxide and hypochlorite can also be used to deactivate the enzyme. In most pulp and paper process SKHZYE-DPE*1 is deactivated in dryer machines. No residual enzymatic activity will be found in the manufactured paper.

PACKAGING:
SKHZYE-DPE*1 is packaged at *5 kg. in fibre drum. Alternative packaging is available upon request.

STORAGE:
Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. SKHZYE-DPE*1 retains more than *0% activity after 1 month when stored *8°C. If stored in the original container at temperature below *5°C, SKHZYE-DPE*1 can retain *0% of its potency. The product however should never be frozen.

HANDLING:
SKHZYE-DPE*1 is not toxic and is biodegradable. However, unnecessary contact with the product should be avoided. Avoid direct inhalation. Long term exposure to protein based products such as SKHZYE-DPE*1 should be avoided for individuals particularly sensitive to it. Wash hands with warm soapy water each handling. Use proper dry implements and tools when transfering the product for use. Close container lid tightly after each use. Keep out of reach of children.
