Pre-painted GI steel coils/PPGI

Description

Applications: The Pre-painted steel coils use GI steel as base materials, after skin derosination, phosphate 
and chromatizing treatment, the base material will be coated with colored organic 
coatings, thus PPGI is a composite products which have advantages of both steel coil 
and organic products, say mechanical strength, easy shaping, good decoration, anti-corrosion, so it's widely used in making sandwich panel, decoration panels 
and household electric appliance.

Coating:  

Primer Coat.......Epoxy Primer, Polyester Primer, Water-Soluble Acrylic Acid Primer, Water-Soluble Acrylic Acid Primer, Polyurethane Primer

Finish Coat......... Polyester/PE, Silicon Modified Polyesters/SMP, High-Durability Polyester/HDP, PolyVinylidene Fluoride/PVDF;  

Color......sea blue, gray white, red is the widely used type, while other RAL color also available upon your requirements; 

Size: 0.*2~1.3mm x Max. ***0mm x C 

ID of Coil : **8mm or **0mm

Coil weight: usually 3~5MT

Packing: in standard seaworthy export packing
