Description

Prokaryotic:This is the traditional method for obtaining large amounts of proteins. It is also the fastest. However the disadvantage that many eukaryotic proteins do not fold correctly and are present as inclusion bodies. We can provide these inclusion bodies in urea or Guanidium chloride, however we are not able to do refolding procedures unless there are known conditions. We can provide proteins in the soluble fraction that do not require refolding.
