Description

Our M*1 horizontal axis rectangular plane grinding machine has the advantage of advanced design, superior performance, high precision, good intensity, easy maintenance and long performance life. Based on traditional grinding machine, we made lots of technical improvement:
1. grinding head：Traditional plain grinding is made of bushing structure. The interval between bushing and principal axes are 0.*3 - 0.*5mm. Each per shift shall add blending oil and the bushing is very possible to be burnt. Our designed principal axes uses high precision rolling bearing with zero clearance from principal axes, which enhance precision and ensure easy maintenance.
2. Thicken the diameter of stress point in the principal axes for better rigidity.
