Pipeline heater: is mainly installed in the air duct of air heating system for hot air blowing; it can also be used as an heating element of ovens and electric furnaces. ã€€ã€€2. Saltpeter saline solution, oil and water heating: This product is made by welding a shaped tube-shaped electric heating element onto the flange. It can be used in an open or closed solution tank or a circulatory system for heating. ã€€ã€€3. Single-end heater: The product cannot be used in two-end wired heating media; it is applicable to hot core boxes, and core shooters, etc. Performance Advantages: This product has advantages of simple structure, high thermal efficiency, high mechanical strength, high safety and reliability, and high sensitivity and durability, etc. Product Structure: This product is made by installing heating wire in a seamless metal tube, and filling the remaining space tight with crystal magnesia powder with good conductivity and insulativity. Use Instructions 1) The working voltage shall not exceed the rated value by *0%; 2) The wiring part shall be outside the heating layer and insulating layer; the shell shall have effective grounding; 3) Heating element shall be placed in a dry place; if the insulation resistance is lower than 1Megohm because it has been unused for a long period of time, please bake the resistance in an oven at **0degreesCfor **6 hours
