Description

Long life time. Degradable filaments are absent in induction lamps. The lamps can operate longer than **0, **0 hours.

High energy efficiency. The induction lamps consume *0% to *0% less energy to achieve the same luminosity than metal halide lamps or sodium-vapor lamps.

Minimal light output depreciation.
 The lamps retain more than *0% of luminosity even after *0,**0 hours of operation. 

Flicker-free light flux. Depending on the model, electronic ballast generates an electric current of ******0kHz frequency. Therefore, the light generated by induction lamps is totally even. Such lighting creates very favorable work conditions, since the eyes are not stressed due to flickers.


Wide range of color temperatures. Induction lamps emit “soft" and natural light, ranging from “warm” white to “day light”. The color temperature range is ********0K. For example, the range of the sodium-vapor lamps is considerably less and reaches only ***0K.


High color rendering factor. The rendering factor Ra of induction lamps is >*0 and in some case reaches even *7 (Ra=**0 corresponds to the best color rendering provided by the sun light). For example, sodium-vapor lamps emit yellowish light, and their Ra factor is under *0.

Ability to dim the light output. Luminosity of induction lamps may be dimmed by *0% of the maximum output.  Low harmonic distortion. Less than 5%. 

Resistance to on/off cycles. The induction lamps are instantly on and the number of ignition cycles is unlimited. For this reason, these lamps are suitable for mounting with motion and lighting detectors. On the other hand, mercury-vapor lamps cool down only in *5 min., while metal halide lamps or sodium-vapor lamps reach maximum luminosity only in *5 min. 


Low heat dissipation. While in operation, induction lamps may heat up to *5 °C, while the conventional lamps, up to **0 °C and above.

Resistance to variations of ambient temperature. Induction lamps operate reliably in the range of ambient temperatures of **0 to **0 ° C. 


Environmentally friendly. Induction lamps contain much less mercury than conventional fluorescent lamps. Mercury in the lamps is in the solid state and vaporizes only after activation. Therefore, these light sources produce less pollution and are more easily recycled.
