Very fast and practice
machine. Particularly suitable
for work with small rod irons, for the production of stirrups with diameter between
4 and *6 mm. Solutions suitable for worksites with fairly high work
outputs but without special requirements; designed for the
production of large numbers of stirrups. These rod-bending units
feature a cutter welded on one side, designed to cut and bend bars
for reinforced concrete. An affordable and compact combined unit,
ideal for smaller worksites. Important: The combined units have not
been designed to cut and bend iron at the same time. Gears and
pinions made of special hardened steel feature continuous oil-bath
operation inside a sturdy reduction gear casing. Both single-phase
and three-phase versions are available.The Single Phase
is equipped in inverter for minimize power consumption without loss
of the power. Heavy and carring struture. The machine is made of
two blocks. The upper part is easily removable for any type of
maintenance. In this machine have been installed sensors
eliminating maintenance of the traditionalposition switches.All parts are
painted with powder eletrostatic paint (polyepoxide) allowing
protection in time. All machines comply with current EC
regulations and
relevant safety at work.
