Properties of PVC

KUZEYBORU PVC water pipes, which are
produced in accordance with TS **1, TS **5 and all related Turkish
and many International Standards, are both waterproof and airproof,
long-life, and durable against heat and temperature change. Waste
pipes, which are produced as bright and smooth, have two types:
type 1 (thick-walled, 3.2mm) and type 2 (thin-walled, 1.8mm). Pipes
and articulation components are produced ranging from *0mm radius
to *0mm radius. Every radius has length options such as
**************************0 mm. They are resistant against organic
and inorganic acids and alkalies and they do not become deformed
until *0 oC. They are resistant against corrosion. They show
resistance to shocks and pressure. They are even, smooth,
homogeneous, and they have no bacteria in inner surface. They are
in accord with Health Department Alimentary Products Law. Their
transport and assembling are easy, as they are produced as 6
meters.

Cleaning with muff: Pay attention to the fact that bevelled
pipe end and gasket slot are clean
Greaser: Apply soft soap on the beveled pipe
end.
Placing the gasket: Place the gasket into its
slot.
In order to join a pipe
that has been cut in field; first, the pipe end must be prepared.
The pipe end must be cut properly for a good joining. You can cut
the pipe with a cold saw, hand saw or saw machine depending on the
pipe diameter.

Read carefully the instructions
written on the glue and cleaning liquid boxes, especially the
storage instructions and danger
warnings.
Check whether the pipe end is
cut properly and cleared of burs.
Mark the pipe end as long as the
muff length.
Clean the ends of the muffed
pipe and the other pipe with a
cleaner.
Sand the parts that will be
glued.
Re-clean the sanded parts and make sure it is
completely dry before starting joining.
