Designed to inspect parallelism and flatness of measuring of micrometers.Two optical measurement parallel flat plane is parallel to each other, in order to measure the parallelism error of the two high polished surface .
Widely used for checking the flatness and parallelism of micrometer anvils, our optical parallels are specially designed to observe light wave interference fringes. These parallels use monochromatic light sources for observing fringes/light bands.
These parallels hold the following features and specifications:
· Thickness of the four Optical Parallel appropriate for every quarter turn of the micrometer screw· One of the parallel is used for inspection of parallelism· Parallelism between the Anvil and the Micrometer screw measured by the number of light bands at each of the four positions of the micrometer screw.
