Description
MV series Submerged pump, API**5 Magnet drive pump (Magnetic driven
pump), sealless leakage free, work as chemical pumps, petrochemical
pumps etc., The zero leakage pumps are for the difficult
applications where requiring high safety, reliability,
environmental protection, energy saving as well as lower operation
cost, pumping liquids corrosive, dangerous, flammable, explosive,
toxic and expensive etc.
Construction:
Single and multi-stage, single suction, vertical long shaft
submerged type. Radial split volute casing, .axial suction, axial
discharge.
The magnet coupling and slide bearings are cooled and lubricated
through liquid internal circulation.
The long shaft is completely sealed for leakage free liquid
insert.
The max. insert length is 6 meters.
And the plant NPSH can be lowered through this type of pump.
Various king of liquid can be pumped out from sealed vessel
including easy boiling liquid chlorine, HF and liquid gas etc.
