ZCSB upper fuser rollers are designed and tested to meet OEM specifications for pressure, NIP width, and life. OEM-trained technicians use sophisticated equipment to measure roller hardness and run critical-to-function dimensional tests using both silicon and sponge type rollers, in both conductive and non-conductive forms and with varying hardness. This enables us to offer pressure rollers that provide OEM-equivalent performance in a wide range of applications. In addition to standard OEM-equivalent fuser rollers ZCSB also provides its customers with better-than-OEM performance on individual products for machines with inherent problems.
