Permanent Color Cream has a unique color-fixing and conditioning formula with low ammonia content and **0% coverage of grey hair which gives hair a natural, pliant look after dyeing, and provides a long-lasting and shining colored effect. Wide color choice with a lot of mix-tones to create brilliant colors.

Usage:
1. Mix with CYNOS Developer at the ratio of 1:1, for shades higher than 8th level, the suggested ratio is 1:1.5.
2. Leave on the hair for *0 minutes. Heating is not necessary if temperature is above *4℃.
