Bonds and other security products are hard to sell because of laws and regulations (including the Patriot Act) when you are an Intermediary. Often, it is easier for the Buyer to buy directly from the Selling Entity.
It is hard to collect the Commissions in the sale of security products because the brokers in brokerage firms and banks have to collect their commissions too. Unlike commodities and Bank Instruments where you can be an intermediary and add your name in the Master Fee Agreement, with security products, you cannot do that. Each Intermediary/Agent/Facilitator needs to work out a specific agreement/deal with the Buyer and have a law firm involved to bind that agreement, so that if the sales go through the Buyer will come back and pay the commissions. There are no standard agreements for Security products.
1. WE NEED FULL TRANSPARENCY FROM THE BUYER. WE NEED TO KNOW
WHO THE BUYER IS.
2. FULL DUE DILIGENCE WILL BE CONDUCTED BY OUR COMPANY ON THE
BUYER.
3. BUYER MUST PAY COMMISSIONS. THE COMMISSIONS WILL BE AGREED
BY BOTH THE BUYER AND US.
4. Buyer must fill out, complete, and sign NDNC and Master Fee
Agreements and Paymaster Fee Authorization Letter.
5. The Buyer’s Bank must be one of TOP *0 Prime Western World
Banks, in order to be accepted.
