PVC Double-pipe Production Line is developed basing on the advanced technology of west Europe. SJSZ*1/**5 or SJSZ*5/**2 conical twin-screw extruders are used as main machines. Then, equipped with double-pipe single control stainless steel spray cooling tank, which avoids a waste condition when one pipe is adjusted while the other is affected. The automatic single control double-pipe haul-off unit and cutter are equipped with front shaping technology to make operation more flexible. The diameter range of this line is from *0mm to *3mm. Extruder capacity can be made full use of, thus high output is available even producing very small pipes.
