***Product Description: Epoxy resin based with polyamid hardener, involving the special anticorrosive pigments, epoxy primer involving solvents. It support strong and anticorrosive coating on the metal layers *Usage Areas : Industrial areas, anchorages, steel and concrete surfaces, surfaces on and under the sea, metal surfaces receiving chemical materials like acids and bases, inner surfaces of fuel tanks and water transporting tanks. Mixing Ratio (By Weight): 1st Component = 4 parts 2nd Component = 1 part Pot Life (At *5ºC): ***0 hours (Pot life decreases with increasing mixing amount and medium temperature) Drying Time (At *5ºC): Surface Drying : **4 hours Complete Drying : *4 hours Curing Time : 7 days Waiting Time Between Layers: Minimum 8 hours, Maximum *4 hours Thinner Ratio: For applications by roller or brush: *0% ratio For applications by a paint gun: *0% ratio with Epoxel Epoxy Thinner. Covering Area: At one layer **8 m2/lt (For ****0 micron dry film thickness) Surface Preparing: The metal surface to be painted should be cleaned from oil, dirt and old paints. It is advised that making spray application with sands at Sa 2&frac*2; order. After applying of sand the surface must be painted by Epoxel Epoxy Primer in 8 hours. This 8 hours must not passed Application: 4 parts of 1st component are mixed with 1 parts of 2nd component by weight. Before mixing, 1st component is well mixed in its package. The mixing is made 3 minutes to get a homogenous mixture. The mixture is waited betweeen *0 and *5 minutes. The mixture should be consumed in a short time. Epoxel Epoxy Primer can be applied by brush, roller or paint gun. It is applied as two or three layer at *5 micron dry film thickness. It must be applied at a temperature over *0°C. Storage Conditions: It can be stocked in closed packages for 1 year.
