1. Usage: It is suitable for BOPP, pet, CPP, pvcd, al-plated film, al-tissue and the laminating film and paper with the same properties. Its mechanical speed is *0m/min. 2. Main transmission device: The main transmission device is controlled by alternating current frequency vector. The speed of heat beat and rubber-plated mesh roller synchronically adopt the swing arm to control the tightness and looseness of the film. Performance: Assure the tightness and looseness of the film in the oven channels. 3. Material-feeding device: Group 1 and 2 material-feeding devices adopt photoelectric edge-correcting device while the material feeding is controlled by manual tension. The material-feeding devices of laminating film adopt photoelectric edge correcting device and manual tension to control. 4. Rubber-plated device: The anilox rollers control the amount of ink scrapping by scrapers. While the rubber roller adopts dual air cylinder to increase the pressure while the pressure can be adjusted freely. It is also equipped with device that the rubber-plated film can lift automatically while stopping the machine. 5. Oven tununel device: The four-pace of the temperature in the oven tunnel is controlled by intelligent temperature controller, equipped with inner cycling device. The materials-protecting roller and the hot drum can rotate synchronically. 6. Laminating hor drum and pressing roller device: Laminating hot drum and pressing roller device are heated through the hot oil to make the temperature of the heat beat average and to save electricity. Pressing roller is controlled by dual air cylinder, while the pressure can be adjusted freely. 7. Material-receiving device: The material-receiving adopts linkage material-receiving device, while the material-receiving device adopts moment motor to receive materials.
