SJ Series high-efficient single screw plastic extruder adopts screw with mature screw structure. In the light of different raw materials, different mixing elements are adopted to provide the extruder with high speed and high output and make the processed material mixed uniformly, radial temperature range small, and formed products little deformation. Equipped with relevant die head and auxiliary machine it could be used to process PE/PP/PVC/PA/PC/ABS pipes, profiles, sheets/boards, as well as granules. We could provide extruders of different configurations according to different requirements of customers, for example, AC frequency conversion control, DC digital control or PLC control are for customer&#**9;s option. The customer could choose different models of reduction box according to motor of different power. Also they could choose bearings made in China or made in foreign countries. We could provide extruder with CE mark on the customer&#**9; requirement.
