Water-cured Waterproof Coating

Environment-friendly KS***0 water-cured waterproof coating, nontoxic and no pollution to environment, shall be solidified after water’s adding. The product had been tested by the China Disease Prevention and Control Center based on the standards of Acute Toxicity Test and it is demonstrated that it is a kind of a non-toxic product. The product meets the requirements of Environment Marked Technological Requirements: Waterborne Coatings, can be used directly in drinking water projects. High Quality KS***0 is a kind of white one component waterproof coating that is produced by modern production equipments under advanced technologies. During the construction, the active group can be reacted with water molecules; the coating shall form the elastic rubberized waterproof film. The film has high tensile strength, elongation at break, good weathering performance and high flexibility to deformations. Easy Construction KS***0 can be constructed after addition of water. There is no special requirement for substrates but no visible water. The construction site should be safe, no fire and organic solvents. Under standard construction environments, the initial coagulating time would be shorter or equal to 6 hours, its final coagulating time would be shorter or equal to *2hours, which shall satisfy the requirements of construction period. Cost-effective KS***0 is a cost-effective coating, with good physical and mechanical properties, with high solid content, small proportion weight. The dosage is only about 1.0kg/m2 for 1mm thickness. Construction Process Substrate Treatmentï&frac*4;š Making substrate curing agent in accordance with the ratio: substrate curing liquid: powder: water = 1:1:0.9(weight). After mixing them well, brush the substrate curing agent thinly on the substrate without leaving surface. The dosage of substrate curing agent is about 0.1kg/m2.
